In order to be considered for any vacancy, applicants must meet the minimum requirements of each job. All requested information must be received before the candidate's application will be reviewed.

Interview Committee

NETC uses interview committees for all positions. The committee will review all applications and identify those to be invited for an interview.

Interviews

Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted by the Human Resources office to schedule an interview. Two or three applicants will be invited for a second interview with the appropriate Vice President, President, and Director of Human Resources.

Job offers are made by the Director of Human Resources after conferring with the appropriate Vice President and President. All applicants may be subject to employment history verification. Therefore, it is essential that applicants provide complete information regarding past employment.
