Accreditation

Northeastern Technical College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Programs at the college have been approved by the State Approving Agency of the State Department of Education for the training of veterans and their dependents under the provisions of the G.I. Bill of Rights. The college also provides training within the guidelines of the Department of Education for participation in the College Work-Study Program and other federal financial assistance. NETC is a member of the American Association of Community Colleges, the American Council on Education, American Vocational Association, American Technical Association, American Association of College Trustees.
