NETC is a member of the South Carolina Technical College System and has a mission focused on preparing the workforce of Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon Counties through education and training.  To meet this mission, NETC provides occupational, technical, college transfer, basic academic skills, and continuing education programs with student support for local citizens of all ages.
