All sessions will be held in Room 212.

Attendance tickets will be issued and must be attached to the application for admission/program change.

**Attendance at one of the June sessions will give you an opportunity to complete needed courses in the fall semester. |

September 7 - September 21 |
Submit application to Admission Office between 8am-6pm (Monday - Thursday) or between 8am-1pm (Friday).
No applications will be accepted after 1pm on September 21. All transcripts and forms must be included.

Notification letters will be mailed to all applicants |

October 15 (Monday) |
Deadline for $100 tuition deposit, $4 malpractice insurance and $18 SLED check. These fees are non refundable and are due by 6:30pm. Fees cannot be charged to Pell Grants. |

October 17 (Wednesday) |
Class orientation meeting for 2008 class at 3pm in Room 701. Students will receive instructions required for class entry (uniforms, medical information, etc). You must have a tuition deposit receipt. |

|
November 5 - December 6 |
Registration for classes |

Failure to complete the registration and payment by Dec. 6 will result in loss of class seat. |
