Also, students enrolled at Northeastern Technical College may apply for this scholarship. The applicant must demonstrate exemplary qualities of scholarship, citizenship, and service to his/her school, church, and community. The application deadline is March 1st of each year. McLeod Health wants to assist students in attaining their healthcare career goals. The purpose of the McLeod Health Scholarship Program is to provide financial assistance to students who have been accepted into an approved program of study in an identified healthcare employment area of need. The Wire Jenny Ballard Opportunity Scholarship is awarded to a woman who may not have been able to attend college when she graduated high school, but now wants to further her education.
