Jim Draffin earned his Bachelor Degree in History from the University of Georgia.  Following a career in Production Management and Engineering with The Miller Brewing Company and Kellogg’s’ Inc., he received his MA from North Carolina State University.  Prior to joining NETC in fall, 2007, he taught at Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke, Virginia.
