McLeod Health Supports Nursing Education with $35k Donation to NETC Foundation

As a partner in nursing education for the region, McLeod Health has made a $35,000 gift to the Northeastern Technical College (NETC) Foundation.

The Cheraw, Bennettsville and Dillon areas are fortunate to have local access to a high-quality nursing education program, and McLeod Health is honored to support and collaborate with NETC to ensure the future of quality nurses serving in our region.

"NETC is pleased to partner with McLeod Health," said Dr. Melissa Frank-Alston, President of Northeastern Technical College. "This generous gift is a great help to students and the community by focusing the nursing education program on critical health-related issues throughout rural South Carolina.

Dr. Frank-Alston called McLeod's contribution vital for the ongoing partnership benefiting health education and healthcare in rural communities throughout the state.
