NETC Awards 191 Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates to the Class of 2019

Northeastern Technical College (NETC) held their 49th annual commencement May 18, at the Cheraw High School auditorium. Dr. Kyle Wagner, the college president, delivered the welcome address. Bishop Michael Goings, Pastor and Founder of Outreach Family Fellowship in Dillion and Florence SC, delivered the keynote speech.
