February is Go Red Month — a time when we come together to raise awareness about heart disease, the leading cause of death for women and a significant health concern for all. Heart disease doesn't always come with a warning sign, which is why education and preventative measures are so critical. Go Red Month stands for advocacy, awareness, and the power we all have to make healthier choices for ourselves and our loved ones.
On Friday, February 7, we encourage everyone to wear red as a bold statement of solidarity and heart health awareness. Whether it's a red tie, sweater, or a simple splash of color, your participation makes a powerful statement.
To capture the moment, we'll be taking a group photo at 1:00 PM in the lobby of the 100 building for anyone who wants to join. Let's show that when we come together, we can make a difference. Mark your calendar, rock your best red, and let's make this Go ones. On Friday, February 7, we encourage everyone to wear red as a bold statement of solidarity and heart health awareness. Red Day one to remember!
