NETC Helps to Train Frontier Spinning Employees
Northeastern Technical College recently provided employee training assistance to Frontier Spinning Mills, Cheraw Division to support the addition of new spinning equipment. While the new machinery represents a substantial investment in production capacity for the company and additional jobs for the Cheraw area, the company also qualified for training assistance reimbursement offered through NETC’s division of continuing education and the South Carolina Technical College System’s Center for Accelerated Technology and Training (CATT).
Officials from the college and CATT recently visited the company to present a reimbursement check to the company for cost associated with the training.
