NETC’s LPN to ADN Transition Program Accepting Applications
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are interested in earning the associate degree in nursing (ADN) at Northeastern Technical College (NETC) should submit their applications for admissions beginning February 18 through February 29.
Applications are available at any of NETC’s campuses including Pageland, Cheraw, Bennettsville and Dillon. Admissions applications can also be completed and submitted electronically by visiting the Admission page on the college’s website.
Applicants should indicate LPN to ADN Program on the application form under “Program you wish to enter”.
Students accepted into the LPN to ADN transition program will begin taking classes during the 2008 summer term, which begins on May 12. As part of the program, students will be required to complete Transition Nursing (NUR 201) and Health Calculations (AHS 126) with a grade of “C” or better before they are eligible for the college’s ADN program.
Graduates and non graduates of NETC practical nursing program are invited to apply provided the proper admission requirements are met.
