NETC Offers E-Commerce Workshop for Small Businesses
A three-day workshop on e-commerce (electronic commerce) will be offered by Northeastern Technical College’s division of continuing education in partnership with the Clemson University’s public service division.
The workshop is designed to help small businesses use e-commerce more effectively, encourage business growth or start up and to participate in the global economy.
Dr. Dave Lamie, associate professor and e-commerce specialist and Will Culler, e-commerce specialist, of Clemson University will teach the course using the eCommerceSC curriculum. Students will participate in sessions on eExploring, ePlanning, ePromoting and eBizPlanning, which are each designed to hone the specific e-commerce skill sets of the internet conscious entrepreneur.
Participants will meet on April 8, 22 & 29 from 3 to 6pm on the campus of NETC Cheraw. The cost is $25 per participant.
