NETC and Musashi Meet to Discuss Workforce Training
Representatives of Northeastern Technical College, ReadySC and Musashi South Carolina, Inc., recently met to review the automotive manufacturing practices of Musashi South Carolina and discuss ways the college can provide workforce training programs in the future.
Northeastern Technical College and Musashi South Carolina, Inc. have worked together since the company established a manufacturing facility in Marlboro County nearly ten years ago. During that time the college and Musashi have worked together to develop workforce training programs focused on lean manufacturing, customized maintenance training as well as various Microsoft Office applications.
This was Bartley’s first visit with industry as president of Northeastern Technical College.
