NETC Instructor Recognized as Distinguished Professors by Higher Education Commission.
Polly McLain has received the 2007 Distinguished Professor award for Northeastern Technical College.
McLain, of Patrick, is a computer technology instructor who has been with the college since 1994. She was nominated by faculty colleagues and the college administration for her teaching excellence and commitment to higher education.
McLain (middle) traveled to Columbia with her sister, Alice Copeland (right), of Chesterfield, to receive her award at a luncheon at the University of South Carolina.
