PLC Training Class offered at NETC
Northeastern Technical College’s division of Continuing Education will offer an Allen Bradley SLC 500 Series PLC programming and troubleshooting training class June 15 – June 18 on the college’s campus in Cheraw. The cost is $1750 per student and the registration deadline is June 10.
This class will provide students an introduction to PLC programming and troubleshooting beginning with basic theory. The training will be provided using PLC equipment and simulators and will permit participants to get practical, hands on exposure permitting them to actually apply learned skills with functional equipment.
Training will include, but not be limited to, terminology, programming relation to hard wiring, logic instruction, basic ladder instruction, programming examples, reading ladder logic, troubleshooting components using hardware LED’s, software, interrupting basic ladder logic, troubleshooting tool and monitoring a program online.
