NETC Announces Fall Continuing Education Courses
Hundreds of courses designed for people looking for short term classes to develop new job skills, for advancement in the workplace or personal enrichment will be offered this fall by Northeastern Technical College’s division of continuing education.
Several new personal enrichment courses will be offered oncampus including fraud and identity theft, digital photography, Photoshop and conversational Spanish.
New business, industrial and licensing classes including backhoe, excavator, bulldozer and front end loader operation and courses in Allen-Bradley and Siemens programmable logic controllers will also be offered for the first time. The Allen-Bradley courses include oncampus or, onsite classes in fundamentals, programming, maintenance & troubleshooting, configuration and start-up.
Computer classes, medical and health care training courses, DSS certified child care training and a variety of other personal enrichment courses are also available at reasonable prices and convenient locations on NETC’s community campuses in Dillon, Bennettsville and Pageland.
Online courses for personal enrichment and professional development are also available.

All continuing education courses are offered as non-college credit courses, typically meet once a week and last for a shorter period of time than regular semester long classes.
Registration for classes must be complete by September 12, or 10 business days prior to the first day of class.
To register, you may visit the division of continuing education on NETC’s main campus in Cheraw from 8 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You may also register for classes offered on the community campuses in Bennettsville, Pageland or Dillon by visiting those campuses during their normal hours of operation.
