Financial Aid Workshops at NETC Bennettsville on March 8

There will be two free workshops on the Bennettsville campus of Northeastern Technical College on March 8 for anyone interested in applying for financial aid.

The two sessions will be offered at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on the campus located at 131 South Marlboro Street in downtown Bennettsville.
Workshop participants will learn about the financial aid process and will have the opportunity to enter their federal applications online at www.FAFSA.ED.GOV.  Assistance will be provided.

To complete the process, participants will need the following items:

• 2009 Tax Information (1040 & W2 forms for each student and parents)
• Proof of additional income or support such as child support or business income
• FAFSA Worksheet – available by visiting the “Financial Aid Forms” page.

This workshop is open to the public and is sponsored by Northeastern Technical College and the Magic Johnson Empowerment Center.
