Two NETC Students Named to State Academic Team
NETC students Christopher Wilson and Stephanie Dundy were among 20 South Carolina technical college students named to the Phi Theta Kappa South Carolina All-State Academic Team.
These students were selected for the team by their technical college presidents on the basis of academic performance, leadership accomplishments and service to their Colleges and to their local communities. In addition, these students will participate in the annual All-USA Academic Team competition in April.
The Phi Theta Kappa South Carolina All-State Academic Team members were recognized March 15 at the Statehouse in Columbia.
These students join an elite group. Less than one percent of America’s six million two-year college students have distinguished themselves with this superior level of academic achievement and service to their colleges and communities.
Wilson, of Cheraw, is enrolled in the Associate in Applied Science in Electronics program.
Dundy, of Darlington, is enrolled in the Associate in Science program.
