Mr. Kaltwang earned an associate's degree in Computer Programming Technology from NETC when it was formerly known as Chesterfield-Marlboro Technical College back in the early 90's. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Coastal Carolina University, a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina, and a Certificate from the SC Technical College System Leadership Academy in Higher Education Leadership.
