NETC offers several pathways to becoming a nurse. The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program prepares students for employment as a registered nurse (RN). The Practical Nursing diploma program prepares students for employment as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). The Criminal Justice program is the appropriate pathway for students seeking careers in homeland security, border protection, fraud investigation, public and private security, law enforcement or corrections. This program is also the pathway for individuals already in law enforcement who would like to advance their career or advance their knowledge of crime, security, investigation, community safety, law enforcement, and/or technology. The Early Childhood program prepares students to work with children and families in child development centers, schools, family or group homes or agiences. Employment opportunities include childcare teacher, teacher assistant and family service worker. Learn more!
