The ceremony began with a welcome by NETC President Dr. Kyle Wanger with invocation by Rev. Jamie Arnette, First Baptist of Dillon Lead Pastor. Area Commissioner Chairman Dan Bozard recognized guests and introduced guest speaker Dillon Mayor Nicholas Tally McColl. Students received their diplomas from Dr. Wagner and Vice President of Students Affairs Mamie Harris.
