PN Nursing Graduates Ace NCLEX Exam

For the second year in a row, Northeastern Technical College's Practical Nursing (PN) graduates have achieved a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX licensure exam! The scores have been released, and the Practical Nursing class of 2024 earned a perfect pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) as first-time test takers.

The NCLEX is a nationwide examination for the licensing of nurses in the United States. After graduation from the NETC nursing program, graduates take the exam to receive their nursing license. A nursing license gives an individual permission to practice nursing, granted by the state where they met the requirements.

NETC is proud to have back-to-back graduate classes who have achieved perfect scores, proving how successful the college's PN program is in nursing education. This success comes after the nursing department completed an overhaul of the program admissions process and curriculum in 2020, implementing several new learning tools and advanced simulation technologies to aid in the success of students.
